The facility is very near to the airport (max 8 minutes drive even on a busy week day). The room was clean, spacious and organized in two spaces, enabling me to work as well in a comfy table and chairs. The bathroom and towels were so clean, as well as the bedsheets. The breakfast was very good one, lots of selections and attention to dietary requirements. The staff was very attentive and helpful to my team and me, as the airport lost our luggage and got them after two days. the staff friendly advised us and provided some hygienic items needed upon our request.

The size of the room was great. There's an ironing board and iron. The TV was a great size and it was possible to hook up your own device via HDMI. Although it's under the airport flightpath and close to the airport, the room was quiet and i couldn't hear any noise from the aircraft (out on the street just outside is a different matter). It's a 5 minute drive with a Bolt to get to the airport (outside rush hour) and less than €5. It's also very close to Campo Grande metro station. The room has a good desk space if you need to get some work done.

The property was presented at a high standard with incredibly accommodating reception staff who were kind and allowed me enough time to check out when the oversubscription of the hotel meant I couldn’t stay longer. It was great to see a well stocked hotel gym which is so vital when you’re recovering from jet lag. The WiFi was consistent and whilst the hotel is a little out of the way, it is about a 10-minute taxi drive into the city centre.

Augusta

The size of the room. The comfortable bed with lots of pillows. I really appreciated the tub mat, we Americans, especially people my age have difficulty getting in and out of your beautiful soaking tubs. Also, your staff was so helpful from the start of my booking way back in March or April, extremely polite and helpful. I also liked the proximity to the Campo Grande Metro and the convenience of a taxi stand at your front door.

Joanne

The best part is value for money. Compare to other hotels on the same level it was cheaper, for a reason, but still provide a good value for money. The room is big, the food in the breakfast buffet is okay, the staff is great and helpful. The location is also great, as it is not in the city centre but very close to a metro station and in a safe and green area.
